Harvesting
We work in close partnership with indigenous harvesting communities, supporting traditional and environmentally responsible collection methods. Our decades-long relationships ensure consistent supply, ethical sourcing, and careful handling of resins and gums at the point of origin. Harvesting is conducted in harmony with nature, preserving tree health while maintaining the highest raw material quality.
Transportation
To protect product integrity from the earliest stages, we operate dedicated, company-owned transportation fleets. These vehicles are used exclusively to transport resins and gums from remote harvesting areas to our processing and storage facilities, ensuring full control over handling conditions and timelines.
Sorting, Grading & Packing
Once received, all products undergo strict sorting and grading procedures based on international quality standards. Each batch is carefully evaluated to meet specific customer requirements. Packaging is offered in bulk export bags or customized formats, tailored to client specifications and destination market needs.
Storage
Our storage facilities are designed to meet international warehousing standards. Products are systematically categorized according to grade, origin, and quality characteristics. Each batch is assigned traceability codes and batch numbers, ensuring full transparency from village of origin to final shipment.
Exporting
Eidentrading manages the entire export process through direct international sales channels and trusted regional agents. From documentation and logistics coordination to delivery at global ports, we handle every aspect with precision and reliability.
